Omg where do I even get started. The customer service was out of this world! Ashley and Tina were so amazing such a good duo. They didn't make me feel rushed at all and made sure my necklace fit just the way I wanted it to. They were super funny and obviously loved their job almost as much as their passion for whistles. I definitely recommend this store and I hope Ashley and Tina are working for the best experience!

I went to get my wedding ring re-sized after37 years, and the wonderful staff suggested bearing the primal plain ring to stretch it rather than cut and resize. I love the look and am very happy with the wonderful service! It ended up being still a bit small, and when I went back the simply beat it a bit more. I love the new look!

Went in with my partner wanting to get an initial (letter) bracelet and the woman working was so eager and ready to help us the whole way! We got to pick the style chain we wanted, the style of letter and she carefully measured and cut the bracelet to the length that felt comfortable to me. She even took only 2 links off at a time while patiently letting me decide what i liked. She definitely cares about the work that she does and it shows with how we were treated. The sterling silver chain is so shiny and beautiful, I am incredibly happy :)

I have several pieces from Flux & Stone and have never been disappointed! My jewlery has not tarnished and has lasted years! Today I went in to purchase some gold hoops and studs and had such a pleasant experience with the sales associate! I wish I asked her name. She was so lovely and gave exceptional customer service! Plus, I love supporting local businesses. I will continue to shop here in the future. :)

I've shopped at Flux and Stone before but this review regards the excellent customer service I recived at the Mayfair location on two occasions in the past month. Both times I was served by Mackenzie who was over-the-top helpful and knowledgable. So gracious, patient and knowlegable. I couldn't be more pleased with my new ring decisions. Great shop, beautiful pieces, and especially wonderful service that makes you want to return. Bravo!
